Best thing about being stuck in the house for two (so far- probably three) days due to a freaky snow/ice storm is cooking. Without any real reason to cook, except being bored.
Today's let's-cook-something was a pot of chili. With white corn cornbread... cause we didnt have yellow corn meal!
