PASTA WITH PROSCIUTTO AND PEAS (recipe below)

It's the simplest, creamiest, tastiest supper you can imagine.
 
A pound of pasta, 1 1/2 cups of heavy cream, 4 tablespoons of butter, 1/4 pound of prosciutto, 1 cup garden peas, 1/2 cup of parm.
  
Boil the pasta until just under al dente (still kinda firm). Heat cream and butter to a simmer in a large skillet.  Add julienned prosciutto, peas, and pasta and cook on high heat until the pasta is coated well, stirring often.

Add cheese, toss and eat.  Two bowl-fulls, if you're feeling like I am tonight.   ;)

BANANA-RAMA

I'm not sure what's wrong with me, or what nutritional mark I'm missing, but I'm craving bananas like crazy. I've had four in three days.
